No — PROCERT does not provide DA preparation services. PROCERT focuses on certification, compliance and inspections, including CDC/CC/OC and Principal Certifier services.

A Principal Certifier (PC) is required for most building and subdivision projects in NSW. PROCERT can act as your Principal Certifier, coordinating mandatory inspections, reviewing compliance documentation, and supporting certification through to project completion and (where applicable) Occupation Certificate issuance.
